1. What we collect

Account details (name, business name, email, phone), the business content you add (website content, memory facts, uploads), data your tools generate (leads, calls and transcripts, chat conversations, page analytics) and basic usage logs.

2. How we use it

Only to run the Service for you: powering your AI agents, generating your content, capturing and routing your leads, billing, support and security. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your private business data to train public AI models.

3. Who processes it

We use vetted subprocessors to run the Service: payment processing (Stripe), sign-in with Google (Google), email delivery, cloud hosting in the EU and US, and AI model, voice and telephony infrastructure providers acting under our instructions. Each receives only what its function requires.

4. Your callers and leads

When your customers call or message your AI agents, we process that data on your behalf so you can serve them. You are responsible for your own notice to your customers where required.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You can export your data and request deletion at any time; we delete within 30 days except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

6. Security

Accounts are isolated per business, access is authenticated and encrypted in transit, and the platform runs automated security sweeps. Report any concern to security@betterweb.ai.

7. Your rights and contact

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing support@betterweb.ai. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including complaint to your supervisory authority.
