Terms of Service

1. The service

BetterWeb (operated by Guac Digital INC, "we", "us") provides an AI-powered marketing platform: AI agents, content generation, landing pages, lead capture and CRM, phone and chat assistants, automations and reporting ("the Service"). We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce what your paid plan includes without notice.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for businesses; you confirm you are authorized to act for the business you register.

3. Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans bill in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Usage allowances (such as article credits and voice minutes) reset monthly on paid plans and unused paid credit packs do not expire while your account is active. If the Service materially fails to work as described in your first 30 days, contact us and we will make it right or refund the month.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, including spam, scraping other services in breach of their terms, infringing content, or attempting to breach the security of the platform or other tenants. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

5. Your content and data

Everything you put into the Service, and everything it produces for you (articles, pages, memory facts, call transcripts, leads), belongs to your business. You grant us the license needed to host and process it to run the Service. We do not use your private business data to train public AI models. On termination you may export your data; we delete it on request.

6. AI output

The Service uses AI models. AI output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it or publishing it, especially claims about your own business, pricing and regulated topics.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the portal or by email at least 14 days ahead. Questions: support@betterweb.ai.
